Harry Chapin's 30,000 Pounds of Bananas

I always knew the song was based on fact. I even remember putting it on a cassette so I could listen to it as we drove through Scranton PA on our vacation one year.

But I never, ever, ever thought I would see this!

Heck I lived in Scranton for four years and never saw a picture. The internet is truly amazing!

It's great (the internet). We could all see the picture in which a man's life was trivialized by a goofy song. I am sure his family is happy.
